Privacy policy

Effective August 2, 2026. This private integration is operated for MotelMoose administrators to read accounting information from companies they are authorized to access.

Data handled

The service stores QuickBooks company identifiers, company names, and OAuth credentials. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Accounting records are requested on demand and are not retained by this service.

Use and sharing

Data is used only to provide authorized accounting read access. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Cloudflare provides the hosting and encrypted database infrastructure.

Security and retention

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Secrets are stored using Cloudflare secret bindings, OAuth credentials are encrypted before database storage, and administrative access requires authentication. Connection data is deleted when a company is disconnected.
