End-user license agreement

Effective August 2, 2026. MotelMoose grants authorized administrators a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use this private accounting integration for internal business purposes.

Authorized use

Users may connect only QuickBooks Online companies they are authorized to administer. The service is designed for read operations and must not be used to modify, create, or delete accounting records.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available for internal use. Users remain responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of information used in business decisions and for complying with applicable accounting, privacy, and security obligations.

Termination

Access may be revoked at any time. Disconnecting a company revokes its OAuth connection and removes locally stored connection data.
